Lo mejor de José Mercé - Dvd

This DVD is a documentary that provides a summary of José Mercé´s artistic career. It also includes an extensive interview that was made in Jerez, the video of the song Lío a cut in black and white which relates the cantaor to love and daily life por bulerías; and a directory with the discography that he has recorded with the company Virgin since 1998., and some extracts from the concerts given by Mercé in the Teatro Real in Madrid and the Teatro Villamarta in Jerez. A documentary entitled 'Un cantaor de época' ('A vintage cantaor') exposes José Mercé's biography by means of a journey he himself takes to the places of his childhood, fragments of live performances, cuts from an unreleased interview and even pictures from the family photo album.
