Estrella Morente, the artist from Granada, is introducing her first DVD "Casacueva y Escenario", live recorded in the Alhambra and in the Albaicin cave, DVD recorded during the concert performance, a tribute to la Niña de los Peines, in 2004, in the Patio of the Aljibes, in the Alhambra of Granada, the same place where Pastora Pavón, La Niña de los Peines, participated in the first Cante Jondo Contest.
During the recital Estrella Morente is performing with Pepe Habichuela, José Miguel Carmona, Miguel Ochando, Miguel Angel Cortés, amoing other musicians, calling up this fabled night of June 1922, when Federico Garcia Lorca, Manuel de Falla and Andres Segovia came together to listen to La Niña de los Peines.
This DVD also contains a documentary film recorded during a typical flamenco party, confirming Estrella Morente's magnificence, performing live in her atmosphere.
