How to send goods back?

  • First of all the return of goods needs our approval, so: you have to inform us via e-mail or over the phone why the goods you received didn’t carry out your expectations. You have 7 days to do that.

    In case of the products are delivered in an individual box, please send them back with the same packing that is part of the products presentation.

    Please send th goods back by normal mail, from a particular person to another, to:
